Websol, India’s oldest solar module manufacturer, is preparing for its next phase of growth under a generational leadership transition. Founded in 1990 by Managing Director Sohan Lal Agarwal, the company is gradually handing over leadership responsibilities to his 29-year-old granddaughter Sanjana Khaitan, who serves as Executive Director. The transition comes as Websol focuses on expansion and strengthening its position in India’s rapidly growing solar manufacturing industry.
