TN govt inks MoU with L&T to implement three projects worth Rs 18,600 crore

Tamil Nadu signed its first industrial MoU under CM Vijay's administration with Larsen & Toubro, covering three projects worth ₹18,600 crore — a ₹15,000 crore data centre expansion in Kancheepuram, a ₹2,500 crore electronics manufacturing unit in Coimbatore, and a ₹1,100 crore Kattupalli shipyard expansion in Tiruvallur — collectively generating approximately 8,200 jobs across digital, manufacturing, and maritime sectors.
