TCS launches chiplet-based system engineering services to accelerate semiconductor innovation and support India’s goal of becoming a global chip design hub. The services, including 2.5D/3D interposers and multi-layer substrates, aim to make next-generation chip design faster and more accessible. The move aligns with India Semiconductor Mission’s push to grow the $50B market to $100B by 2030.
