Tata Advanced Systems, Javelin Joint Venture sign pact for co-production of anti-tank missiles in India

Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) and the Javelin Joint Venture have signed an MoU to explore co-production of Javelin anti-tank missiles in India. The proposed facility will support final assembly, integration and domestic component manufacturing, strengthening India’s defence manufacturing ecosystem. The initiative is expected to enhance technology transfer, create high-skilled employment and deepen India-U.S. defence industrial cooperation while improving supply-chain resilience.
