Tata, Adani, Reliance triple their EV charging points in 3 years

Why it matters
Why it matters for greenfield investors: Tata, Adani, Reliance triple their EV charging points in 3 years. EV and auto-component capacity additions succeed or fail on cluster radius, labour, and a site that can be energised on schedule.
Tata Power, Reliance and Adani have rapidly expanded their electric vehicle charging networks, with their combined installed charging points exceeding 19,000 by FY26, more than tripling in three years. Tata Power operates 7,700 charging points, followed by Reliance with 6,200 and Adani with 5,100. The expansion comes as EV adoption grows and companies invest in wider charging access, fast-charging corridors and intercity infrastructure.
