Tamil Nadu Cabinet Approves Incentives for Eight Industrial Projects Worth ₹3,767 Crore

The Tamil Nadu Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay, approved incentives for eight industrial projects worth ₹3,767 crore, expected to create 4,853 jobs. The projects span Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, Coimbatore, Krishnagiri and Erode, covering technical textiles, aerospace and defence, life sciences and electronics. Three companies will also expand existing operations. The government has not named the firms or released a district-wise breakdown of investment and jobs.
