Chennai-based Sundaram Clayton has agreed to sell its 16.381-acre land at Korattur to Canopy Living LLP, a joint venture of Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, for ₹561 crore. An advance of ₹25 crore has been received, with the balance payable on sale deed execution, and a residential township is planned on the site.
