Sumadhura Group enters Chennai with a 52-acre Grade A Industrial & Logistics Park with ₹400 crore investment

Sumadhura Group has entered Chennai with a ₹400-crore investment in a 52-acre Grade A industrial and logistics park at Red Hills, North Chennai. The project will provide 1.2 million sq. ft. of warehousing space and create around 2,500 jobs. Scheduled for completion by December 2028, the park will serve manufacturing, automotive, e-commerce and 3PL companies, benefiting from proximity to Chennai’s major ports.
