Schneider Electric to invest ₹718 crore to expand manufacturing presence in TN

Schneider Electric will invest ₹718 crore to expand its manufacturing footprint in Tamil Nadu, including a new plant in Hosur for batteries and cooling solutions, and expansions at Chennai and Coimbatore facilities. The projects, announced via an MoU with Guidance Tamil Nadu in the presence of CM MK Stalin, are expected to generate 663 jobs.
