PM asks global investors to tap into India’s expanding aviation market
Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited global investors to explore opportunities in India’s expanding aviation sector during Wings India 2026. Highlighting plans to increase airports from 160 today to over 400 by 2047, he emphasized aircraft design, manufacturing, and MRO ecosystems, as well as investment potential in freight forwarding, logistics, e-commerce, and domestic civil and military aircraft production.
