Oracle to set-up more data centres in calendar 2026
Oracle India plans to expand its cloud footprint in 2026 by setting up new AI-focused data centres, including collaborations with Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. This follows the launch of three data centres last year and complements its existing Hyderabad and Mumbai facilities. The move aims to boost Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) adoption, drive SaaS growth across sectors like BFSI, manufacturing, and government, and support increasing workloads from existing and new customers.
