Odisha clears ₹2.47L cr projects; data centres, AI lead investment surge

Odisha's High-Level Clearance Authority has approved 27 projects worth ₹2,47,115.70 crore across 15 districts, with potential employment of 50,162 jobs. Data centres and AI lead the pipeline, with four projects accounting for about ₹1.43 lakh crore, including a ₹1,04,550 crore integrated data centre in Khordha by High Density Datacentre Limited. Other approvals span power, steel, semiconductors, green hydrogen, shipbuilding, chemicals and healthcare.
