Mihan among 3 sites for drone manufacturing clusters under new state policy
Nagpur's MIHAN has been shortlisted as one of three sites for drone manufacturing clusters under Maharashtra's new drone policy. The state's cabinet has approved a 2026 unmanned systems policy that targets ₹25,000 crore in investment and around one lakh jobs across drones and robotics. MIHAN already hosts aerospace and defence facilities, including the Dhirubhai Ambani Aerospace Park, giving it a ready ecosystem for advanced manufacturers.
