Maruti Suzuki banks on new plants, CNG push to sustain growth after record July sales

Maruti Suzuki is relying on expanded manufacturing capacity, rising CNG demand and a potential recovery in entry-level cars to sustain growth after recording its highest-ever monthly sales of 2,00,123 units in July. The recently commissioned plants at Hansalpur and Kharkhoda are expected to ease supply constraints over the next three to four months, helping the automaker meet festive-season demand and strengthen production capacity.
