Kerala starts land pooling for 300-acre tech township in Kochi
Kerala launches land pooling for a 300-acre tech township in Kochi’s Kizhakkambalam, under Infopark’s management. Phase 3 will feature 20 million sq ft of IT space and around 5,000 residential units. The Greater Cochin Development Authority aims to complete the project in 3–4 years, offering developed land to attract IT firms and promote integrated urban development.
