Japan becomes the largest contributor to India’s GCC ecosystem in Asia Pacific
Japan has emerged as the largest contributor to India’s GCC ecosystem in the Asia Pacific region, with over 100 Japanese firms operating Global Capability Centres in the country. Deloitte highlights that these GCCs are evolving from support functions into innovation hubs focused on AI, engineering, cloud, fintech, and digital manufacturing. The sector could generate US$470–600 billion in economic impact by FY2030, boosting jobs and growth.
