IndianOil LNG gets green nod for ₹3,400-crore Ennore LNG terminal expansion

IndianOil LNG has received environmental clearance for its ₹3,400 crore expansion project at the Ennore LNG terminal in Tamil Nadu. The project will double the terminal’s regasification capacity from 5 MTPA to 10 MTPA, enhancing natural gas supply to industries, power plants, fertiliser units, and city gas networks across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. The expansion will also support LNG bunkering, exports, and India’s clean energy goals.
