India, Norway hold talks on solar power, rare earths
India and Norway held bilateral talks in Oslo, where Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and her Norwegian counterpart explored enhanced cooperation on solar power, rare earth processing, and carbon capture technologies. The discussions aimed to leverage the India–EFTA Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement to boost collaboration in renewables and green sectors, reflecting both countries shared focus on sustainable energy and strategic minerals.
