India is seeking consensus, techno-legal solutions for AI Copyright framework and tackle deepfakes: Vaishnaw
Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said India is working towards global consensus and techno-legal solutions to address AI-related copyright challenges and deepfakes. Speaking at the India AI Impact Summit, he stressed balancing innovation with intellectual property protection. He also announced the upcoming launch of the “Create in India Mission” to boost the creative industry and safeguard creators’ rights.
