The iconic Theyagaraja Theatre in Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai, is set to be redeveloped into a ₹500 crore mixed-use commercial project. BBCL has signed a joint development agreement with the theatre-owning family to transform the one-acre property into a modern development featuring retail spaces, offices, and a new multiplex. The project marks a transition of a long-standing cinema landmark into a contemporary commercial destination.
