Hiranandani’s Greenbase to invest Rs 2,000 cr to develop 5 million sq ft in Tamil Nadu

Greenbase Industrial and Logistics, backed by the Hiranandani Group, will invest Rs 2,000 crore to develop 5 million sq ft of industrial and logistics space in Tamil Nadu under its Greenbase 2.0 plan. Land has already been acquired across Chennai, Oragadam and Arani (near Kattupalli Port), with construction underway. It's part of a broader Rs 3,500 crore, 9-million-sq-ft expansion across South and West India.
