Gujarat to set up space manufacturing hub in Ahmedabad
Gujarat announced a dedicated space manufacturing hub at GIDC Khoraj, Ahmedabad, with a ₹100 crore Common Technical Facility developed in collaboration with IN-SPACe. The shared infrastructure — including cleanrooms, thermal vacuum chambers, vibration testing systems, and EMI/EMC setups — will enable space-tech startups and MSMEs to test satellites, launch vehicle components, and space applications without building costly in-house facilities.
