German firm Enerparc bags electricity trading licence

German solar firm Enerparc, operating in India for 12 years, has secured a Category V electricity trading licence from CERC. The licence, valid for 25 years, allows Enerparc to trade up to 500 million units annually without engaging in transmission. Globally, the company has developed 180 solar plants across 27 countries with a total capacity of 47 GW.
