Delta Electronics’ ₹770 Crore Expansion: Is Krishnagiri Emerging as Tamil Nadu’s Next Manufacturing and Real Estate Hub?

Delta Electronics began surveillance camera manufacturing at its 95-acre Krishnagiri campus in Tamil Nadu on 21 October 2026, starting with commercial-series VIVOTEK cameras. The campus is seeing a ₹770 crore expansion approved in February 2026, covering three factory buildings of about 12.52 lakh sq ft, due by June 2028. Delta has proposed an AI data centre, renewables and microgrid engineering centre there, strengthening Krishnagiri as an emerging industrial hub.
