Adani, Jabil sign MoU for AI & data centre equipment JV

Adani Enterprises and US manufacturer Jabil signed a non-binding MoU outlining a proposed 50:50 joint venture to manufacture and assemble AI and data centre equipment in India. It would produce AI racks, servers, storage and networking gear, plus power and cooling systems, with multi-gigawatt rack capacity. The move follows their June 2026 alliance announcement and supports Adani’s $100 billion plan for 5 GW of AI-ready data centres by 2035.
