Andhra Pradesh’s Cabinet approved 5.84 acres of GVMC land at Adavivaram and Mudasarlova in Visakhapatnam for a hyperscale data centre park linked to Adani Infra. The land goes to Vizag Hyperscale Data Centre Park Ltd on a special-case lease at 3% of land value, rising 5% every five years. Reports link the site to the large AI data centre project Adani Infra is developing with Google in the Visakhapatnam region.
