3,500 Jobs for Chhattisgarh: Bhoomipoojan of Yash Fans Plant in Nava Raipur, in the Presence of CM Vishnu Deo Sai

Hyderabad-based Yash Fans held the bhoomipoojan on 16 October 2026 for a ₹152.74 crore consumer electronics plant in Nava Raipur, in the presence of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. Expected to create around 3,500 jobs, it will be the state’s first consumer electronics unit. The company makes fans and kitchen appliances for brands such as Crompton, Havells and Usha, and runs 12 plants elsewhere.
