₹1 lakh crore of credit under ECLGS 5.0 already disbursed to small enterprises: MSME Secretary

The Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) 5.0 has provided nearly ₹1 lakh crore in credit support to MSMEs, strengthening their financial stability amid global uncertainties, MSME Secretary Bharat Khera said. With ₹2 lakh crore allocated under the scheme and a 100% government guarantee, the initiative enables banks to offer additional working capital support, helping small enterprises manage disruptions and sustain growth.
